TSS Associate

Position Summary

This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient procurement operations, accurate order fulfillment, and streamlined workflows aligned with procurement requirements. You will serve as a key enabler of operational excellence by maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all procurement transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order lifecycle, including creation, modification, and reportingEnsure accuracy and completeness of procurement transactions to support efficient operationsMonitor and maintain compliance with procurement policies and frameworks.Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure timely deliveryMaintain strong communication with internal teams and support alignment with Market PPA Lead directivesSupport process improvement initiatives and standardization efforts.Ensure timely resolution of queries, requests, and escalations.

Requirements

EducationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related fieldIntermediate English proficiency

Experience & Skills

Procurement experience and supplier quotation analysis (Preferred)Strong prioritization, teamwork, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP (advantage), and KPI reporting & analysisHighly agile individual
