US Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a US Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment and attraction of insurance agents for a U.S.-based insurance agency. This role is responsible for managing candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding documentation, and recruitment pipeline activities to help the agency achieve its hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage job postings across relevant recruitment platforms.

• Source qualified candidates for insurance agent opportunities.

• Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement.

• Perform initial candidate screening based on established qualifications.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Support onboarding documentation and pre-employment requirements for selected candidates.

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate pipeline.

• Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing recruitment initiatives and hiring goals.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination, including experience supporting U.S.-based companies or U.S. hiring processes.

• Proven experience managing the full recruitment coordination process, including job posting management, candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview scheduling, onboarding documentation, and recruitment pipeline maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing channels, and candidate management tools.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Background in the insurance industry or experience recruiting for insurance-related roles is an advantage.
