About the Role


We're looking for passionate Recruiters to join our growing US Recruitment team. Whether you're building your career in recruitment or bringing years of experience, this role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of US-based hiring projects across industries such as Corporate, IT, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Light Industrial, and Healthcare.


You'll collaborate with experienced recruitment professionals, gain exposure to diverse hiring environments, and play a key role in connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities. Depending on your experience level, you'll have opportunities to take ownership of different stages of the recruitment lifecycle while continuing to expand your expertise in US staffing.


What You'll Do



  • Partner with hiring teams and recruitment leaders to understand hiring needs, recruitment strategies, and business objectives.

  • Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods.

  • Conduct candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and overall fit for open positions.

  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.

  • Coordinate interviews, facilitate candidate communication, and support offer and onboarding processes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, delivering a positive and professional recruitment experience.

  • Stay up to date on market trends, talent insights, and best practices within the US recruitment landscape.

  • Collaborate with team members on recruitment initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing opportunities.



What We're Looking For



  • Experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, staffing, or other talent-focused roles. Candidates ranging from entry-level to senior-level recruiters are encouraged to apply.

  • Mid- to senior-level recruiter positions require at least 2–3 years of US recruitment experience.

  • Experience recruiting within Corporate, IT, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Light Industrial, Healthcare, or other industries is highly preferred.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in sourcing and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment platforms.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition, with a genuine desire to connect candidates with meaningful career opportunities.
