What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality urgent care and general medical services


• Lead and support the veterinary team in day-to-day clinical operations


• Mentor and develop veterinarians and support staff


• Establish and maintain high standards of patient care


• Help develop clinical workflows, protocols, and practice procedures


• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment


• Build strong relationships with clients and the surrounding community


• Participate in practice development and long-term growth initiatives


• Maintain compliance with applicable veterinary regulations and standards

What We’re Looking For

• DVM/VMD or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program


• Active or eligible veterinary license


• At least 3 years of veterinary experience


• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one


• Strong clinical and communication skills


• Leadership or mentorship experience


• Ability to guide and support a veterinary team
