Produce social-first, conversion-focused video content for JLUXLABEL across
eCommerce, organic social, and paid media. Own end-to-end execution from editing
to optimization—delivering high-quality, on-brand short-form content with strong
pacing, typography/text treatment, and platform-specific formatting. Work
cross-functionally with marketing/eCommerce stakeholders to keep output aligned
to trends, launch calendars, and performance needs.

Deliver a consistent pipeline of high-performing video assets for eCommerce (Marketplace + Company website), organic social, and paid ads. Improve content effectiveness through editing-driven optimization (hooking, pacing, text strategy, formatting, iteration). Keep creative execution aligned to current trends while maintaining the company brand standards. Responsibilities:
Create and edit eCommerce videos for Marketplace and the JLUXLABEL website (product-focused, conversion-ready). Re-edit and optimize existing footage into short-form social-first content (multiple cuts/versions as needed). Implement high-quality text/font treatments for social content (readability, placement, timing, hierarchy). Resize and format videos for paid ads and multi-platform distribution (aspect ratios, safe zones, specs). Support ad hoc requests for ads and social media (quick-turn edits, variations, campaign refreshes). Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing/eCommerce partners to align on briefs, timelines, and priorities. Stay ahead of trends and apply relevant formats, transitions, pacing styles, and visual language appropriately. Required skills and qualifications:
2–4 years of video editing experience (fashion/retail/eCommerce required). Strong portfolio showcasing short-form, social-first content and performance-oriented edits. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required). Strong capabilities in:
Video editing & production Content optimization (platform formatting, pacing, text strategy) Creative execution under deadlines Cross-functional collaboration Trend awareness and innovation Preferred skills and qualifications
After Effects proficiency (strong plus). Experience producing/editing content for paid social (Meta/TikTok-style iterations, resizing, variants). Experience supporting eCommerce brands with frequent drops/collections and fast creative cycles. Strong motion graphics instincts (clean typography animation, subtle product-enhancing effects).
