Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of administrative tasks as assigned by team leads.
• Collaborate with different departments to support overall operational effectiveness.
• Assist in managing projects and contributing ideas for improvement.
• Engage with clients and team members via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Perform research and gather data to support projects and initiatives.
• Maintain an organized workspace and manage digital files and documents.
• Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment.

• Previous experience in an administrative or support role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality work.
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
