Who you’ll be working with:
 

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You’ll be responsible for the following:

• Identify, assess, and prioritize vulnerabilities in the organization's IT systems and infrastructure
• Develop and implement strategies and procedures to mitigate or eliminate vulnerabilities
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of vulnerability management efforts
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure that vulnerabilities are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate with stakeholders and management to provide updates on vulnerability management efforts and to obtain buy-in for proposed solutionsStay up-to-date with the latest vulnerability management best practices and technologies
• Maintaining and updating company's vulnerability management policies and procedures
   

We’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in vulnerability management or a related field
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management best practices and technologies
• Experience with vulnerability scanning and assessment tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks
• Experience with incident response and disaster recovery planning
• CISSP, CISM or other relevant security certification is a plus
• Prior experience working within a financial service organization preferred
• Strong documentation skills
