Warehouse Staff

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the day-to day operations by handling deliveries, storing items, issuance and shipping goods. 

• Receiving and Storing: 
  
  Receive incoming deliveries, check that items are in good condition/no damages.  Count against Purchase Orders/delivery receipt/invoice and store in its designated storage location.  Ensuring clear identification of inventory items and locations.  Ensure all inventory materials and finished good are well organized and properly in good storage in accordance with company standards. Undertake measures to protect stocks and to avoid from damage and pilferage.


• Order Fulfillment:
  
  Pick and prepare raw materials based on production orders.


• Inventory Management:
  
  Perform regular/monthly cycle count and report any discrepancy.
  
  Ensure real time system update on request and issuance transactions.   


• Safety & Cleanliness:
  
  Follow safety protocols, keep warehouse clean and organized. 


• Special Projects
  
  Supports the business in special projects as assigned.

Education & Experience

• At least college level

Skills

• Attention to details.


• Communicating clearly with supervisors, team and other departments.


• Ability to lift heavy objects. (Approx. ~25kg.) 


• Can operate forklift, jack pallet and with basic understanding in computer.

Working Conditions

• This role is 100% onsite.
