   Minimum Requirements

IOS DEVELOPER

   Requirements

• Experience in iOS Development: XCode, UI Kit, Apple HIG (Human Interface Guidelines)


• Strong object-oriented design and development skills


• Knowledge in database programming


• 
  Strong understanding of the following:
        - Memory management
        - Concurrency and Multithreading
        - Network and Socket programming
        - File I/O
  


• Experience working in Agile teams (scrum, story writing, sprints, estimation)


• Familiarity with JSON, Web Services and AJAX


• Strong problem solving skills

UI/UX DESIGNER

We're looking for a highly talented and passionate UI/UX designer who is all about creating beautiful, simple, and practical designs for our web and mobile projects.

• You will be responsible for making our software products look and feel amazing


• You will be responsible for designing interfaces for new products and features, as well as iterating on existing products to make them even better.


• You will be creating wireframes and translating them into designs, optimizing interactions to maximize ease of use and engagement, all while building a great brand for our products.

• Excellent UX and visual design capabilities.


• Interaction design – design intuitive interfaces that put people at ease, encourage engagement, and create intense brand affinity.


• Visual design – talent for creating simple, cohesive visual designs and proficiency with visual design tools.


• Years of development experience in designing complex user experiences for mobile, desktop and web applications.


• Superb knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery and/or other JavaScript libraries


• Proficient in responsive design and building for mobile web.


• Familiar with CMS including lightweight solutions such as WordPress.


• Strong interpersonal skills to enable working with a global team effectively


• Ability to take a Photoshop mockup and translate it to HTML with pixel-for-pixel accuracy.


• In-depth knowledge of browser quirks and quick problem solver.


• Ability to rapid protoype a MUST. 


• A/B and usability testing competence for interaction optimization.


• Capability to use data analysis to inform design choices.


• Clear communication, organization, and writing abilities.


• Acquaintance with Agile development processes and monthly/weekly product release cycles.
