WFM Scheduling Analyst I (Davao / Makati) | Onsite

Location: Davao / Makati

Work Setup/Shift: Onsite; Shifting Schedule

Responsibilities:

• Create and refine dynamic scheduling processes that maximize workforce efficiency and boost productivity.
• Assess staffing demands and predict upcoming scheduling needs to stay ahead.
• Work closely with operations and HR teams to ensure schedules perfectly align with recruitment and training plans.
• Proactively monitor and adapt schedules in real-time to effectively handle any changes and resource challenges.
• Produce insightful reports on scheduling performance, workforce utilization, and key metrics.
• Suggest innovative strategies to continuously improve scheduling effectiveness and elevate service quality.

Requirements:

• At least 12 months of proven experience in scheduling or workforce management in the BPO sector
• BS Math, Accountancy, or Computer Science
• Must be amenable to start ASAP
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
• Highly proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Excel to streamline processes
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Makati with flexible working hours
• Expertise in juggling multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
