1. Strategic Account Management & Relationship Building
C-Level Engagement: Cultivate and maintain deep, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (C-Suite, Procurement Directors, Network Architects) within Tier 1/Tier 2 Carriers and Hyperscalers.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive Strategic Account Plans (SAPs) for each assigned client. Map out the client’s network architecture needs, business goals, and expansion plans to align our solutions proactively.
Trusted Advisor Status: Act as the primary commercial point of contact, understanding the client’s unique challenges (e.g., latency reduction, capacity scaling, route diversity) and positioning our network assets as the solution.
2. Revenue Growth & Commercial Management
P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for the revenue retention and profit margin growth of your portfolio.
Upsell & Cross-Sell: Proactively identify "win-win" opportunities to expand the relationship. Transition clients from single-product usage to multi-product adoption (e.g., expanding from Voice Termination to IP Transit, Dark Fiber, or SD-WAN).
Contract Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations for Master Service Agreements (MSAs), bilateral interconnects, and pricing addendums to ensure profitability and compliance.
3. Operational Oversight & Service Delivery
RFP/RFQ Management: Lead the end-to-end response process for complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders, coordinating with Solution Architects and Finance to build competitive, high-margin bids.
Fulfillment Oversight: Act as the client advocate during the provisioning phase. Monitor critical orders and work closely with Service Delivery and Network Operations (NOC) teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within SLA.
Churn Prevention: Monitor traffic patterns and usage reports to identify "at-risk" revenue early. proactively address service quality issues to prevent churn.
