CAPEX Settlement Intern (Process Automation & Analytics)

Job Description

The Capex Settlement Intern will support the Capex Settlement Team by developing an automated application to streamline Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issuance (GI) processing, validation, and Purchase Order (PO) closure. This role focuses on analyzing existing Capex workflows, improving data accuracy, and enhancing process efficiency through automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an automated solution for GR and GI processing and validation

• Support automation of the PO closure process, including identification of open or inactive POs

• Analyze Capex settlement data to identify discrepancies, exceptions, and process inefficiencies

• Extract, validate, and reconcile data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)

• Document process flows, business rules, and system logic for the automated application

• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement of automation tools

• Provide regular status updates and present outcomes to the Capex Settlement Team
