Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing, encoding, and organizing incident reports related to fulfillment operations.
Maintain and update administrative records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in monitoring and tracking reported incidents and their corresponding status.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of incident documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the Fulfillment Operations team.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Office Management, Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related course.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets and word processing.
Has good written communication and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle records accurately.
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced operations environment.
Available to complete the required internship hours.
