The Opportunity As an intern, you will serve as a primary link between Philcare Pharma and key healthcare decision -makers. You will gain firsthand experience in driving product adoption and understanding hospital formulary dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Promotion: Assist in promoting our specialty portfolio to physicians, pharmacists, and hospital procurement teams.
Relationship Building: Support the development of strategic relationships with KOLs and department heads.
Sales Execution: Learn to execute territory business plans to meet sales targets.
Medical Detailing: Conduct professional product presentations and in -service training.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and hospital dynamics.
Reporting: Maintain accurate call records and pipeline reports via CRM.
Compensation & Benefits:
Daily Allowance: ₱800.00/day (to cover travel and meal expenses).
Communication Allowance: ₱300.00/month.
Educational Background: Incoming or recent graduate of any 4 -year course (Medical -related courses such as Pharmacy, Nursing, or Biology, and Business/Marketing courses are preferred).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable presenting to healthcare professionals.
Work Ethic: Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a field -based environment.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in basic MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM tools.
Mobility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Multiple locations nationwide).
Availability: Must be able to commit to the full 3 -month internship period.
Financial Support: A competitive daily allowance of ₱800.00 for travel and meals, plus a ₱300.00 monthly communication allowance.
Path to Regularization: High -performing interns will be prioritized for immediate absorption into a full -time Hospital Sales Representative or Senior Hospital Sales Specialist role upon graduation.
Professional Development: Gain direct mentorship from industry experts and hands -on experience with high -value pharmaceutical portfolios.
Field Immersion: Develop high -level negotiation and medical detailing skills by interacting with top -tier Medical Specialists and Hospital Boards.
Networking: Build a professional network within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors across multiple locations nationwide.
