IT Tech Support Intern

🌟 About the Role 

By supporting in the provision of company support for software, hardware, and any other technical operations and issues, the IT Tech Support Intern will collaborate closely with the IT Team -- contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of every function in Focus Global.

📋 Intern Responsibilities:

• Basic computer setup/installation/administration

  • Installing and maintaining computer systems including software and hardware
    
    

• Basic networking

  • Installing and resolving internet and network access issues (wired and wireless)
    
    

• Basic software installation and configuration
  
  

• Providing technical support

  • Team service - address issues, and aid in developing solutions for process improvement.
