PR Support: Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and internal newsletters. Track daily news cycles for brand or industry -relevant trends.
Media Relations: Build, update, and maintain media lists, press kits, and editorial calendars.
Event Coordination: Help organize and execute promotional events, press conferences, and campaigns.
Administrative Duties: Handle daily clerical work, including filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries.
Reporting: Assist in clipping and analyzing media coverage to help evaluate the success of PR campaigns.
Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, plus a solid understanding of local and national media.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Organizational Abilities: High attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast -paced environment, and strong time management skills.
