A fast-growing Australia-wide telehealth wellness clinic looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer & Order Support Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
This is a non-clinical, administrative position focused on managing customer orders, responding to enquiries, and coordinating with practitioners and pharmacy partners. The role starts at 4 hours per day with genuine opportunities for increased hours and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Process and monitor customer orders from placement through delivery
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders, bookings, payments, delivery tracking, and general support
• Coordinate with customers, practitioners, and pharmacy/delivery partners
• Follow up on outstanding orders and enquiries
• Re-engage previous customers through reminders and follow-up communications
• Assist with general administrative tasks and light content-related work as the role evolves
Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Professional and confident communication skills via email and phone
• Reliable, responsive, and available for calls when required
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience using Canva or basic graphic design skills
• Experience managing or creating social media content
• Previous experience in health, wellness, telehealth, e-commerce, or order administration
