Job Description - Gen Admin/ QB

JOB DESCRIPTION

General Admin Support

Provide administrative support, including calendar management and data entry.

Manage emails and respond to inquiries.

Conduct research and generate reports.

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

Assist with operations management and workflow improvements.

Provide back -office support for billing and vendor management.

Document operational processes and ensure compliance with standards.

Basic QuickBooks knowledge.

Manage bills in QuickBooks.

Prepare and process payroll.

Categorize payments and transactions.

Provide sales assistance and support tasks.

Check and manage voicemails.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in administrative or operations support

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Proficiency in email, calendar management, and data entry

• Working knowledge of QuickBooks (billing, payroll, transactions)

• Basic bookkeeping and record -keeping skills

• Detail -oriented and able to multitask

• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
