The opportunity

We’re growing our Business Transformation Delivery practice and are looking for Consultants who blend project management discipline with human-centered change expertise to support organizations in delivering complex, large-scale transformation programs. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — supporting clients through technology-enabled change, operating model evolution, process transformation, and workforce enablement.

In this role, you will contribute to learning and capability transformation initiatives, helping clients modernize their Learning & Development ecosystems — from processes and governance to technology and learner experience. You will work as part of international, cross-functional teams, supporting structured delivery and measurable adoption of new learning solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• Support delivery of L&D transformation projects or workstreams, contributing to planning, RAID tracking, quality assurance, and reporting.


• Analyze and help optimize end-to-end L&D processes (needs analysis, curriculum governance, delivery, evaluation).


• Support implementation and adoption of learning platforms (LMS, LXP, skills platforms), including user enablement activities.


• Contribute to the design of learning operating models, including roles, governance, and service delivery approaches.


• Help define and track learning effectiveness and adoption KPIs.


• Support and co-facilitate workshops to align learning strategies with workforce and skills priorities.


• Apply process improvement methods to streamline L&D operations and enhance learner experience.


• Design training concepts and develop learning content (learning journeys, facilitator guides, participant materials, digital learning assets) tailored to client needs.


• Deliver or co-deliver training sessions and workshops (virtual and in-person) for client audiences.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 4–8 years of professional experience, including exposure to L&D, capability development, or learning transformation initiatives.


• Practical project management experience, supporting delivery of structured, cross-functional projects.


• Understanding of learning processes and governance in medium to large organizations.


• Experience working with learning technologies (LMS, LXP, or digital learning tools).


• Hands-on experience in developing learning content and/or delivering training programs for professional audiences.


• Strong organizational and stakeholder communication skills.


• Fluent English (C1+).

• Create engaging, well-structured PowerPoint-based training materials with strong storytelling.


• Apply AI to analyze learner feedback and iteratively improve learning content.
