Project Manager SAP (S/4 HANA Rollout)

• You will lead the global Vaillant Group template rollout, focusing on Industrial rollouts.


• You actively drive rollouts and projects to enable integrated planning and execution of relevant work packages.


• You coordinate the different involved teams and further required activities within the assigned projects.


• You provide guidance on the “What” and “How” to do based on our rollout approach and help teams deliver excellent results while considering the project budget and schedule.


• In your interactions with various stakeholders, you foster transparent steering, reporting and risk management.


• You strive to continuously improve the overall methods, approaches and governance.

What makes us successful together

• Qualification: You have completed your master’s degree in management & economics, (business) informatics or similar.


• Experience: You have several years of experience in the management of strategically relevant IT projects in the manufacturing industry.


• Know-how and skills: You have ideally already executed rollouts in SAP ECC / S/4HANA and understand the requirements in complex, crossfunctional projects; you bring a good integrated process, technical and data understanding in SAP; you also bring expert knowledge in different project management methodologies and a well-structured approach to organizing complex tasks.


• Nice to have: Willingness to partially travel is welcomed.


• Personality: Your personal brand features integrity, empathy and a global mindset when interacting with different personalities and international cross-functional teams.


• Language skills: You speak fluent English in daily business; additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
