Job Description - Artwork Specialist

About the job


As an Artwork Specialist at Orifarm, you will be responsible for ensuring correct and timely artwork for the company's products as well as supporting the regulatory department with artwork related material for their submissions to the authorities. Your primary tasks will include:


 



  • Preparation and proofreading of artwork and mock-ups

  • Setup of patient information leaflets (PIL)

  • Evaluation of multilingual packaging materials

  • Coordination and communication with external and internal partners

  • Handling and uploading artwork to various SharePoints (including EAMS)

  • Approval of print proofs


 


Who are you?



  • A degree in Graphic Design or another relevant study with a minimum of 2 years’ experience from a similar position

  • Strong graphic skills and experience in handling product-related packaging components, experience from Pharma is an advantage

  • Detail-oriented and thrive in both independent and team settings

  • Proficient in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Superuser in Illustrator and InDesign

  • Experience in Axapta or another ERP system is an advantage

Job Location
