Our European Business Support Center (EBSC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:


Automation Specialist


What can you expect?
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end process improvements, leveraging VBA and  Python, and/or other automation tools/languages. You will work closely with the business to gather requirements and drive the design, development, testing, and implementation of automation solutions.

We will count on you to:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end processes and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Analyze existing processes and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing solutions for streamlining and automation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that automation solutions align with business objectives
  • Develop and implement end-to-end process improvements, leveraging VBA, Python and/or other automation tools/languages
  • Drive solution testing and provide support during User Acceptance Testing
  • Ensure that processes are fully tested before deployment

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience of some, but not necessarily all, of the following preferred technical skills: VBA, Python
  • Experience in process mapping, process reengineering, and end-to-end process improvement
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate existing processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and proposing solutions for improvement
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness through automation and process improvement
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level)
