Job Description - Automation Specialist/Senior Automation Specialist (2-years fixed-term contract)

Description:

Our European Business Support Center (EBSC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office: 

Automation Specialist 

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end process improvements, leveraging RPA (Blue Prism), and/or other automation tools/languages. You will work closely with the business to gather requirements and drive the design, development, testing, and implementation of automation solutions. 

We will count on you to: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end processes and identify opportunities for optimization 

  • Analyze existing processes and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing solutions for streamlining and automation 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that automation solutions align with business objectives 

  • Develop and implement end-to-end process improvements, leveraging VBA, RPA, Python, Alteryx and/or Microsoft Access 

  • Drive solution testing and provide support during User Acceptance Testing, ensuring processes are fully tested before deployment 

What you need to have: 

  • Proven experience with RPA (Blue Prism) 

  • Experience in process mapping, process reengineering, and end-to-end process improvement 

  • Ability to analyze and evaluate existing processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and proposing solutions for improvement 

  • Continuous improvement mindset focused on driving efficiency and effectiveness through automation and process improvement 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level)

  • Experience with multiple automation tools/languages 

  • Knowledge of data exchange via REST API 

  • Lean Six Sigma certification or experience 

  • Experience in the insurance sector or shared service sector
