PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: 160,000 – 220,000 PLN depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

The Digital Media Senior Specialist owns the digital and social media strategy for BBC Studios brands across the CEE & MENAT region and is accountable for turning it into audience growth we can measure. The role sits within a fast paced, international media and content ecosystem, with a strong focus on content, social media, and audience behaviour

You will set the direction, hold the multi-agency ecosystem to account, and remain close enough to the platforms to build, publish and optimise yourself when the moment requires it.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT : 

• Own the regional digital and social media strategy for BBC Studios brands: channel roles, content priorities, audience targets and investment split across markets, translated into plans that follow the programming and premiere calendar. 


• Lead the multi-agency ecosystem (digital, media, content) with an owner's mindset: scoping, briefing, ways of working, quality control, brand compliance and clear accountability for KPI delivery. 


• Set the direction for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and programmatic, owning campaign architecture, audience strategy, budget allocation and in flight optimisation, and staying close enough to the platforms to intervene yourself when the result demands it. 


• Own the regional measurement framework: tracking and tagging standards (UTM conventions, pixels and conversion APIs), GA4 and platform analytics, dashboards and a consistent reporting rhythm. 


• Turn data into decisions: run structured testing across creative, audience and format, distinguish incremental results from reallocated ones, and evidence every recommendation to shift budget or effort. 


• Direct the development of video and static digital assets (social video, short form content, key visuals) from briefing through to final delivery, setting the creative bar and stepping in hands on (copywriting, asset adaptation, preparation for social and digital platforms) when speed or volume demands it. 


• Work closely with editorial, brand marketing, and communications teams.


• Own the coherence of brand communication across the entire digital ecosystem.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA : 

• Extensive years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within commercial media, entertainment, or content driven industries.


• Proven experience independently managing and developing consumer brand social media channels.


• Experience working in an agency environment or managing agencies (digital, media, content), with the ability to treat them as partners while holding them accountable for results.


• Experience delivering multi channel and multi market digital campaigns.


• Previous exposure to an international or regional working environment.


• Fluent English and Polish (business environment).
