Billing Specialist Finance Operations

What you will do:

• Review customer data, based on available documentation like contracts, Account Management team or internal systems and make sure the billing and contact details are correct

• Correct customer data in the system upon investigation, including setting up proper invoices and issuing credit notes if necessary

• Send customer notification letters regarding billing changes and implementation of those changes into the ERP

• Contact customers by phone and email regarding missing data

• Track all necessary actions and work with internal Premier and Account Management teams to obtain proper information

• Review customer outstanding balances and providing statement of accounts

• You have a knack for numbers, are very outcome oriented and have strong prioritization skills

• Excellent understanding of accounting practices and reconciliations

• ​analytical, problem-solving, self-motivated, detail oriented and collaborative

• Demonstrate strong organization skills and strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy

• Experience in working as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role within Invoicing area

• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace

• Demonstrate ownership and independency at work

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel

• Proficient English is required, Proficient French and/or German are desirable
