They are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team in Krakow on a contract basis. This role offers the chance to work on IAM Governance topics, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple projects while driving process improvements.
Position Overview
As a Business Analyst specialising in IAM Governance, you will play a central role in analysing, documenting, and improving key processes related to identity and access management. You will work closely with project teams and senior stakeholders, facilitating discussions, tracking progress, and presenting recommendations for process changes. Your analytical skills and understanding of IAM topics will be essential in ensuring governance processes are effective, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Analyse and improve IAM Governance processes across the organisation
Lead discussions with project teams and document progress and outcomes
Organise and facilitate recurring meetings to track project milestones
Present process changes and recommendations to senior management stakeholders
Document governance processes, changes, and analysis results clearly and accurately
Critically evaluate analysis findings to support informed decision-making
Collaborate with teams on JML, Recertification, and Application Onboarding processes
Support change management activities related to IAM Governance improvements
Requirements
6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of IAM topics
Experience working on IAM Governance processes and frameworks
Proven stakeholder management skills, including engaging with senior leadership
Excellent organisational skills with experience coordinating meetings and tracking progress
Proficiency in documentation development and process mapping
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) - essential
Familiarity with JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), Recertification, and Application Onboarding processes
Knowledge of IBM Security Access Manager is beneficial
Proactive and critical thinking approach to problem-solving
German language skills are advantageous but not essential
Experience in change management within technology or security environments
