Our client, a financial services organisation, is seeking a Business Analyst to support a significant internal audit change initiative in Krakow. You'll translate audit and business needs into clear, actionable requirements whilst working within an Agile delivery framework.

Position Overview

You'll bridge the gap between internal audit teams and technology delivery, ensuring requirements are well-defined and traceable. Your work will directly support the success of a key change programme, helping to shape how audit processes evolve and improve across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Translate audit and business needs into prioritised requirements


• Create and manage epics, user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira


• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis and root cause analysis


• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, audit specialists and technology teams


• Plan and execute user acceptance testing activities


• Support Agile delivery through daily refinement and release cycles

Requirements

• Proven experience creating and managing epics, user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira


• Practical understanding of Agile delivery methodologies


• Strong analytical skills including process mapping and gap analysis


• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured, actionable specifications


• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with frequent release cycles


• Experience supporting user acceptance testing
