Who You’ll Become


As a Business Processes Consultant, you will operate at the intersection of enterprise IT architecture and business process design. You will evaluate industry and technology trends, design detailed business processes, identify enterprise services, and make critical software decisions within complex customer process, application, and IT landscapes. You will map business processes directly to IT architecture, define integration and development requirements, and implement end-to-end designed processes across technological solutions.


You’ll build deep technical expertise in SAP and non-SAP solution landscapes, enterprise IT design, and business process platform (BPP) methodologies — gaining hands-on experience through real customer engagements with guidance from senior consultants.


This role is a strong entry point for specialists, where you'll develop deep expertise in SAP solution architecture and grow your career in a collaborative, high-impact team environment.


 


What You’ll Do


As part of the SAP Next Gen - Academy for Services & Consulting, Business Process Consultant Associates will:



  • Successfully complete a structured 12-month learn-and-apply academy program

  • Participate in classroom learning, simulations, and real-customer engagement scenarios

  • IT Architecture & Solution Landscape: Align business processes with enterprise IT architecture, define integration and development requirements, and support SAP and non-SAP solution decisions based on customer landscape needs

  • Industry & Technology Evaluation: Evaluate industry and technology trends to support solution mapping, innovation strategies, and industry-specific service offerings

  • Detailed Business Process Design: Design and implement end-to-end business processes, organizational structures, performance indicators, and solution configurations aligned to customer transformation goals

  • Stakeholder & Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders and support project delivery through training and guidance


 


Expectations and Tasks



  • Work independently within a defined area of responsibility, contributing to sub-projects of moderate complexity

  • Provide regular, structured updates to managers or project managers on project status

  • Contribute to project milestones and ensure decisions enhance existing systems and processes

  • Build collaborative working relationships with similar functions across SAP

  • Communicate clearly and with constructive feedback to colleagues and managers within defined processes and policies


 


What You Bring



  • Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business with a strong technology component is strongly preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in a technical consulting, systems, or enterprise IT role, with exposure to business process or solution architecture work

  • IT Architecture & Integration Knowledge: Ability to map business processes to enterprise IT systems and define integration or development requirements

  • SAP Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Business Process Platform (BPP); experience with SAP solution landscapes, enterprise services, or BTP is a strong advantage

  • Software Decision-Making: Ability to evaluate SAP and Non-SAP products within a customer’s process, application, and IT landscape and propose appropriate software decisions

  • Business Process Design: Strong competence in detailed process design, including organizational structure definition and performance indicator mapping

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex technology and process landscapes and recommend technically grounded solutions

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in one or more industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals) and how industry-specific processes map to IT systems is a plus

  • Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical process and architecture decisions to both technical and business stakeholders

  • Proficiency in English to engage with our global network

  • A curious and agile mindset, with a passion for learning and the resilience to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate ideas clearly and effectively

  • Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness that support inclusive teamwork and thoughtful stakeholder engagement

  • A growing foundation in business acumen and emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence, paired with a results-oriented approach and the courage to take initiative

  • Polish language skills are mandatory

As a Business Processes Consultant, you will play a technically specialist role within SAP Customer Engagement & Adoption, working at the intersection of enterprise IT architecture and business process design. You will partner with account teams and service delivery organizations to map customer processes to IT landscapes, identify enterprise services, define integration requirements, and implement end-to-end designed processes — helping customers realize measurable value from their SAP and broader technology investments.
