The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a CO Senior Analyst - Customer Service with German (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Customer Service activities in the customer care process, including Customer Facing
Communicating with internal stakeholders
Supporting Customer Operations in implementation of S4
Monitoring work queues for new requests
Completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
Ensuring efficient customer complaint service
Identifying opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s/Apprenticeship degree or higher from an accredited institution
Strong customer facing skills, maintains a professional, positive, and tactful demeanour with clients and customers (followed by experience in a customer facing function)
Capable to respect deadlines, maintain data accuracy and follow designed process descriptions in SAP and Salesforce on daily work tasks
Fluency in English and German
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Well organized and independent at dealing with complex issues
Team player, persistent and results oriented
Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes
Eager and capable at improving service and logistics processes

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
