The role is well suited to someone who is highly organized, proactive, and curious, and who brings a thoughtful, team-oriented approach to their work.

Responsibilities
  • Provide planning and organizational support across the Corporate Communications team (media relations, internal communications, leadership communications and social media), building and maintaining trackers and systems that support coordination and execution.

  • Perform earned and social media monitoring, conduct research and make strategic recommendations, and liaising with vendors.

  • Own and maintain editorial calendars of key internal and external milestones to support planning across Corporate Communications and in partnership with Marketing.

  • Draft internal and external communications across channels, including senior leadership.

  • Build and maintain up-to-date lists of journalists and internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support measurement and reporting by analyzing the outcomes of communications campaigns and sharing key insights with stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Philology, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, writing, and/or content development.

  • Understanding of the media landscape, including emerging and non-traditional outlets, and experience researching, pitching, and interacting with reporters and producers.

  • Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance communications content.

  • Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience supporting measurement and reporting of communications efforts, with the ability to interpret results and surface insights.

  • Accountable and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Fluent English.

What we offer:

  • Chance to build expertise in analytics, reporting and data-driven communications.

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, with real influence on communication strategies

  • A collaborative, high-performing international team environment.

  • Hybrid work model with at least 2 days in the office.

  • Private health insurance, medical care, and a Multisport card.
