Meet your future team

You will be part of a regional Procurement Operations team based in Warsaw, working closely with colleagues across functions and countries. The team supports purchasing activities with a strong focus on Material Master data processes, ensuring smooth operations, process compliance, and continuous improvement. Customer focus, knowledge sharing, and collaboration are at the center of how the team works.

What we offer

In this role, you will develop a strong end-to-end understanding of buying processes and actively contribute to process quality and improvements across purchasing operations.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

• Develop a solid end-to-end understanding of Purchasing front office and buying processes
• Provide operational support for Master Material activities
• Ensure process compliance and proper governance within Purchasing
• Act as the first point of contact for user queries, supporting processes, tools, and trainings
• Participate in local and global projects, including process changes and system enhancements
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities and support implementation of solutions
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure backup coverage and active knowledge sharing

What you will bring

You bring initial experience in purchasing or master material data together with a proactive, service-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.

Moreover, we expect that you:

• Have 1–3 years of experience in Master Material or related purchasing support area
• Understand the S2P process, especially the Purchasing part
• Have working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA transactions
• Are confident working in Excel with larger datasets
• Communicate fluently in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Are self-driven, proactive, and flexible in a changing environment
• Have good communication and presentation skills
• Show strong prioritization and organizational abilities
• Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and build positive working relationships
• Are willing and motivated to share knowledge and support colleagues
