Within this position, your key tasks will be to:
Adhere to safety policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations and minimize risks in Renewables.
Assist the development and implementation of a preventative program to ensure the ongoing reliability and performance of facilities assets, equipment, tools used in Renewables.
Conduct risk assessments, and optimize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
Identify and assess operational risks associated with facilities, equipment, tools, and systems.
Conduct regular risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures.
Work closely with operations groups to schedule and coordinate equipment/plant downtimes for maintenance activities.
Ensure effective communication and coordination to minimize production disruptions.
Monitor systems and respond to alarms and situations as necessary including remote.
Prioritize operational and safety switching duties, consent for the issue of Safety documents.
Support operational plans and strategies for the efficient and safe extraction of Renewable resources.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of operations.
Liaise with the National Grid Control Engineers and the issue of Safety Documentation in accordance with the Grid Code.
Ensure production forecasting is provided to National Grid and any instructions issued are acted upon in compliance with the Grid Code requirements.
Monitor and control of the Wind Turbines Generators.
Operate the Work Release system including activation and deactivation of work.

Education equivalent to a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in engineering. Relevant experience might compensate for lack of formal education.
TRAININGS/CERT:
Marine communication (SRC / LRC/ CGO).
SEP E no limits [kV].
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
Good communication skills.
Understanding of remote access and operation.
High sense of responsibility.
Ability to work on shifts (including nights).
Dedicated approach to safety and knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
Fluent Polish and English skills, both written and verbal.
