Job Description - Culture and People Experience Business Partner
The CPE Business Partner (CPEBP) serves as a true generalist partner and consultant to both management and our associates on Human Resource related issues. You will act as an associate champion and change agent. The CPE Business Partner assesses and anticipates CPE-related needs. You will need to formulate partnerships across the CPE function to deliver value added service to management and associates that reflect the business objectives Ensono. You will partner with centralised CPE to develop and drive company-wide CPE initiatives that impact our associates in Poland. As the CPE Business Partner, you will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s objectives, financial position, its culture and its competition. This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Partners with the Talent Acquisition team and the Senior CPE Support Specialist to provide an exceptional employee experience for new hires
Provides general HR guidance to the business, supporting leaders locally
Managing moderate and complex assignments
Works collaboratively with all CPE colleagues (region and US) to deliver and implement HR initiatives across country/region
Identifies and leads in country initiatives to promote Ensono brand and culture both internally and externally
Inspires and mentors local leaders in driving exceptional associate experience
Supports the in-country/region business area with resource planning and recruitment/selection process and other cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews
Support the Senior CPE Specialist with contract work and payroll duties as required
Manages the leavers process including exit Interviews and report on trends, highlighting areas to improve retention
Supports the business in the execution of country-specific employment practices ensuring an appropriate balance between commercial requirements, ethical issues, and health and safety and employment law
Provides advice to the business in areas of compensation in line country policies and market trends
Handles employment relations issues, supports career development and career progression in region
Is an advocate of local and global DE&I initiatives
Provides input on in country benefits
Produces in country CPE communications to leaders and associates on CPE related activities and timelines

Skills and Experience
Proven experience of working in a similar role
Has the ability to effectively communicate fluently in Polish and English, both written and verbal
Ability to build strong internal and client relationships
Good administrative and presentation skills
Acts with integrity and builds trust-based relationships
Experience in coaching and/or mentoring a considerable plus
