Are you passionate about travel and love helping others? Join our vibrant team as the first point of contact for all premium travel inquiries! ????

What You'll Do:

Be the friendly face and voice for our premium customers, assisting them with all travel-related queries
Advise our partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, and membership programs
Help customers purchase airline tickets and manage various payment methods
Support travelers facing difficulties to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey
Provide exceptional assistance to passengers via calls, chat, and emails

Location:

Join us in our Warsaw office for the first 6-9 months. Depending on your stellar performance, you may have the opportunity to enjoy hybrid work!
