Customer Order Entry Specialist

Your role

As a Customer Order Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for checking and entering ordering information into our systems, updating existing entries, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, both from internal and external sources.

Your accountabilities:

• Enter orders accurately and on time in the CRM, following contractual terms, pricing, and product availability.
• Validate customer and product information to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with local Customer Service teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth order processing.
• Follow standard procedures and support continuous improvement to boost efficiency.
• Maintain high service levels by applying global processes with local awareness.

What do you need to succeed:

• High school diploma.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and basic CRM or database systems.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
