CUSTOMER PLANNING SPECIALIST (F/M)

Salary Range: 7 700 - 10 000 PLN gross monthly  

Are you ready to play an integral role in driving profitable growth and shaping retail tactics? We are looking for a collaborative Customer Planning Specialist to join our Warsaw team. You will partner with the Customer Development Team to ensure our products outperform the competition and reach the consumer’s home through effective commercial planning and analytical excellence.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Plan the selected customers' portfolio under CDM supervision to achieve sales growth and improve service levels;  


• Leverage advanced techniques and information systems (Atlas tool, GPS monthly discipline) to identify supply chain efficiencies;  


• Implement sales tactics aligned with regional commercial plans;  


• Conduct detailed analyses of trends, including brand share, pricing, category sales, and competitive activity;  


• Provide actionable feedback and recommendations within the monthly commercial process;  


• Monitor and control the execution of promotions to ensure in-store excellence;  


• Track listings and shipments of new products and promotional activities;  


• Maintain price integrity across all internal and external systems and documentation;  


• Support the Customer Development Team (CDT) in preparation for KAM reviews, ROI days, and dedicated customer projects.

REQUIREMENTS:  

• University degree;  


• Very good command of English (written and spoken) to facilitate communication within a multinational environment;  


• Proven experience in commercial planning, analytics, or customer development support;  


• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and presentation building skills;  


• Quick adaptation to new systems and planning tools (e.g., Atlas);  


• Diligent person with high attention to detail;  


• Very well organized, mindful of schedules and deadlines, and reliable when given a specific task;  


• Team player, open to feedback and giving their own opinion in a collaborative environment.  

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS  

Salary Range: 7 700 - 10 000 PLN gross monthly

The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the position's requirements, such as required skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions, which places the role into a specific level within the company's compensation framework.  

Employees will also be eligible to the annual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance.  

The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employer’s Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
