Work model: hybrid


Salary: 5000 PLN – 6000 PLN gross/ moth

About the role:



We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join an international team in Bydgoszcz. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring accurate order processing, providing excellent customer support, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills in both English and Polish, who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.


This is an entry level role with possibility to progress within the department structure as well as in wider company structures.


 


 


About your responsibilities at SPX Flow


 



  • Process and manage customer orders, including:




    • Entering new orders

    • Modifying existing orders

    • Adding items to orders

    • Expediting requests

    • Processing cancellations

    • Verifying pricing accuracy




  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.

  • Use C4C Ticketing and A365 phone systems.

  • Review incoming orders and ensure all required documentation is provided for commercial compliance.

  • Proactively communicate order status updates, shipment information, and delivery dates to customers and sales representatives.

  • Manage customer complaints, issue return authorisations and credits where appropriate, and record cases in internal systems.

  • Serve as a key contact between customers and internal departments, including Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, Commercial, Technical Services, Production, and Shipping teams.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and effective communication throughout the order lifecycle.


 


 


About you


 


Essential:



  • Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong computer literacy.

  • Proactive and customer-oriented approach.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


 


Nice to Have:



  • Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system.

  • Experience using C4C.

  • Professional and diplomatic communication style.
