Customs Declaration Specialist
Your role:
Preparing accurate import and export declarations in accordance with applicable customs regulations, including the correct goods classification and additional codes, within agreed timelines.
Providing guidance and support to the business to ensure correct and compliant export declarations.
Performing data entry for export declarations on behalf of organizations that do not have this capability in their internal systems.
Ensuring proper electronic archiving of all documentation related to customs declarations.
You are the right fit if you have:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Export or Trade Compliance, Customs Operations, Customs Compliance, or a related field.
Previous professional experience in an international company.
Fluency in English; German language skills are considered a strong asset.
Working knowledge of SAP is highly beneficial.
Solid proficiency with MS Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with diverse business stakeholders.
