Our client is a well-established financial services organisation operating shared services centres across multiple countries. They deliver critical banking and financial operations at scale, supporting complex organisational change and transformation initiatives. The organisation values structured delivery, stakeholder collaboration and adherence to governance frameworks that ensure regulatory compliance and successful outcomes.


We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our client's delivery team in Krakow, Poland. You will lead significant change initiatives across their shared services and value streams, working with stakeholders across different locations to deliver complex, multi-workstream programmes from inception to closure. Position Overview


As Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of change initiatives within the organisation's shared services and value stream structures, or support the Delivery Lead in organising and leading change programmes. You will plan, mobilise and deliver multiple work streams of large-scale initiatives, proactively managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits. Your role is critical in ensuring the organisation adopts and deploys its change framework consistently, maintains regulatory compliance, and achieves strategic alignment across the wider change portfolio.


Responsibilities



  • Lead change initiatives from inception to closure, establishing and maintaining relationships with key project stakeholders across multiple locations

  • Plan and mobilise multiple work streams within large-scale, complex initiatives, balancing competing priorities and constraints

  • Ensure adoption and deployment of the change framework across initiatives, embedding governance and compliance requirements

  • Manage project tracking, reporting and escalation, maintaining visibility of progress against schedule, budget and risk

  • Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to align initiatives with the wider change portfolio and organisational strategy

  • Facilitate meetings and communication across international teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives and progress

  • Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively, maintaining momentum and delivery outcomes


Requirements



  • At least 5 years' experience delivering complex projects across multiple countries or regions

  • Understanding of banking, financial services or shared services organisation environments

  • Proven experience delivering significant change initiatives and managing stakeholders in different locations

  • Working knowledge of Agile project management methodologies, including practical experience with Jira and Confluence

  • Proficiency in project tracking, reporting and governance frameworks

  • Competence with MS Office and project management tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to run meetings in English via video and teleconference

  • Strong problem-solving ability and self-driven approach, with capacity to work effectively under pressure

  • Project management certification (PMP, MSP, Prince 2 or Agile PM) is advantageous
