Depot Transport Coordinator

What will your responsibilities be?

• 
  

  Responsible for the efficient onboarding and skill development of new Couriers and Carriers;

  
  


• 
  

  Conducting classroom training on our operational standards and service quality;

  
  


• 
  

  Analyzing quality metrics and driving performance improvements for Couriers;

  
  


• 
  

  Conducting field coaching sessions — accompanying Couriers on their routes to provide real-time feedback and support;

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring the company’s brand image in the field (vehicle condition, branding, Courier uniforms);

  
  


• 
  

  Managing operational equipment (scanners, access cards) — from allocation to inventory control;

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining clear and accurate documentation related to training, onboarding, and issued equipment.

  
  

This is the right job for you if you:

• 
  

  Have experience in the courier or logistics industry;

  
  


• 
  

  Feel comfortable conducting training and can easily share knowledge;

  
  


• 
  

  Stand out with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback;

  
  


• 
  

  Are proficient in MS Office and navigate software/applications with ease;

  
  


• 
  

  Have communicative Polish skills;

  
  


• Are open to shift work.
