Your Mission

Lead the strategy and growth of the WINIARY digital ecosystem, strengthening consumer engagement, first-party data capabilities and business impact.

Your Key Priorities

• Grow WINIARY's visibility across search and AI-powered discovery platforms.


• Accelerate consumer engagement through CRM and KLUB WINIARY.


• Turn traffic, engagement and data into measurable business value. 

What You'll Do

• Lead the vision, strategy and roadmap of the WINIARY digital ecosystem.


• Drive CRM, loyalty and first-party data growth.


• Own website performance across SEO, SEM and emerging AI search environments.


• Build connected consumer journeys across website, social media and influencer channels.


• Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver business results.


• Identify and implement innovative AI-powered solutions across marketing.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce, media or digital ecosystems.


• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on delivery.


• Data-driven mindset and understanding of digital performance.


• Interest in AI, LLMs and emerging technologies.


• Leadership experience or strong leadership potential.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Fluent Polish and English.
