POSITION OVERVIEW
The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to design, create and deliver digital marketing programs to support the business by increasing sales through customer value creation Works with the global and regional/country marketing team(s), supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and in budget.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans, develops and executes digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile and deliverables aligned with business goals;
Managing and optimizing product data across various channels (e.g. PIM).
Proactively presents new ideas to improve the customer online marketing experience;
Leads ongoing management of digital touch points, including website of Hyva, social networking landing pages, and mobile;
Manages digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules;
Coordinates the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, videos, press releases and podcasts);
Owns and maintains site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting;
Develops and coordinates multimedia packages;
Designs, builds and maintains social media presence;
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
Identifies trends and insights;
Optimizes spending and performance based on the insights;
Manages end-to-end digital projects;
Establishes web presence to boost brand awareness;
Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate the PIM system with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms to facilitate seamless data flow.
Liaises with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency;
