Join TTEC Poland as a Digital Sales Representative in Krakow, Poland. This hybrid role focuses on optimizing Google Ads campaigns for existing B2B clients, utilizing your Czech and Slovak language skills.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B ad campaign optimization.
• Verbal and written proficiency in Czech/Slovak (minimum B2+/C1 level).
• Verbal and written proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Demonstrated sales aptitude.
• Strong goal orientation.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software.
• Ability to relocate to the Krakow area, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and strategize account management and upselling opportunities.
• Contact existing customers for consultations.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team sales goals.
• Problem-solve and consult with clients to provide optimal advertising campaign solutions and encourage new marketing strategies.
• Guide clients through the implementation of campaign suggestions.
• Build strong client relationships by optimizing accounts using analytical skills to increase program revenue.
• Stay informed about trends in the technology industry.

Key Information

• Work Model : Hybrid (3 days from the office, 2 days from home weekly)
• Schedule : Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Gross Salary : 9,500 PLN gross per month, plus a bonus system based on KPIs
• Relocation : Relocation support provided, including a 2,600 PLN gross reimbursement
