  • Track progress, identify issues early, drive resolutions, and ensure portfolio alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Support annual and multi‑year planning cycles, prioritization, and value realization reporting.

Financial Leadership

  • Lead P\&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews.
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities and investment trade‑offs while maintaining strong financial discipline.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Finance and Procurement to ensure accurate reporting and spend visibility.

Business Reviews & Governance

  • Own the Management Operating System, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
  • Build executive‑level presentations, KPI dashboards, and performance scorecards.
  • Enable disciplined, repeatable governance and reporting practices across the IT function.

Process Improvement & Transformation

  • Drive process mapping, digitization, and continuous improvement efforts—especially for office‑based IT workflows (procurement, SOW creation, operational processes).
  • Operate with a Lean/OpEx mindset focused on efficiency, transparency, and simplification.

Experience

  • 10+ years in IT operations, PMO, transformation, consulting, business management, or similar strategic roles.
  • Strong financial acumen and deep experience driving process improvement.
  • Background in transformation, Big Four advisory, operational excellence, or enterprise governance strongly preferred.
  • Executive presence with confidence to operate at senior leadership and SVP engagement levels.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and influencing abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical, reporting, and presentation‑building skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate a matrixed global environment and manage a large, diverse project landscape.
