Documentation Processing Clerk

Fully onsite - Łódź, Poland

One-year civil contract with a possibility of extension

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scanning and archiving documents from all countries in EMEA Region mainly for AR and AP department.


• Sorting and filing documents.


• Contacting and cooperation with various businesses and suppliers.


• Other administrative duties, including managing and sorting company’s mailbox.


• Reception help on request.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably a Bachelor or Master degree student or graduate, with a strong background of voluntary activities or previous work experiences.


• Ability to speak fluent Polish and English is a must, plus another language such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish would be a plus.


• Ability to organize own work and time, work in a group, be accurate and proactive.
