End-to-End Planner

As an End-to-End Planner, you will be responsible for planning activities for selected product categories in Poland and Sweden. You will drive the planning cycle from demand forecasting and inventory management to supply alignment and executive planning, working closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Product Management, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Customer Support.

The role combines analytical work with stakeholder collaboration and offers real impact on planning decisions across the business. You will be responsible for paint and wall covering categories in Poland and painting tools in Sweden, reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain Planning.

Your responsibilities:
- Leading the end-to-end demand and supply planning process across a 12-month planning horizon
- Driving monthly forecasting activities and ensuring alignment between Sales, Product Management, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Customer Support
- Challenging assumptions behind demand forecasts and identifying root causes of forecast deviations
- Translating demand forecasts into executable supply and production plans
- Managing inventory levels for finished goods and raw materials while balancing customer service, working capital, and operational efficiency
- Coordinating phase-in and phase-out activities for products together with key stakeholders
- Preparing and updating materials for the Executive S&OP process
- Monitoring planning performance through KPIs such as forecast accuracy, dispatch compliance, inventory value, and inventory turnover
- Supporting planning process improvements and driving greater efficiency across the supply chain
- Maintaining planning-related documentation and ensuring process consistency

Our requirements:
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, or a similar planning-focused function
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and planning principles
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with data, forecasts, and planning systems
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to translate data into business recommendations
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different functions
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken

Nice to have:
- Experience from manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods environments
- Experience working with ERP systems and planning tools
