Where is the work:

Job Summary：
A great opportunity to join our Sales Team based at Trane Poland for an experienced Air Handling Units sales person. Overall responsibility for sales and business development in Poland, with a specific focus on the Warsaw area, by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and partnering.

Responsibilities: 

• New business development of Air handling units market in Poland with accountability for sales budget within the country.
• Work with the Sales Leader to develop a business plan for the appointed region.
• Collaborate alongside both regional and national colleagues to support the growth of AHU products within the marketplace
• Creating and building customer portfolio, searching for clients and cultivating new business opportunities
• Assess customer requirements and advise on the most appropriate solutions, options to meet their needs based on comprehensive site surveys and liaison with the customer
• Prepare quotations for Air Handling Units (AHU) product and solutions, and follow up with customers. Logged details on the system.
• Achieve agreed sales goals and targets.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, attend sales & technical meetings were required.

Qualifications:

• Passion and energy for exploring and building a new market
• Demonstrated technical sales experience and knowledge of AHU products and market (min. 4 years)
• Engineering degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineer, HVAC Engineer) or vast experience in AHU technical roles
• Sound technical knowledge of AHU products and solutions with the ability to identify the needs and provide the best solution for the customer.
• Reediness to frequent travels across Poland (60% of the time)

• High standard of personal presentation
• Full driver license
• Polish and English (communicative level)
