Functional Application Specialist

YOUR ROLE

In this role you are working close with the IT team, the operation and (new) clients. You will solve IT related problems, do several implementations and manage the 2nd line support by both coordinate and solving tickets. Furthermore, you will be involved in IT application related projects and analyse the usage to ensure safety and optimization. Within this role you have a lot of responsibility, there you will support your local team in Łozienica.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Daily 2nd  line IT Support


• Solving IT operations problems and incidents


• Escalating out-of-scope problems to 3rd line support and ensuring communication to all involved during incidents;


• Testing improvements and changes in the application area;


• Support and guide the release process;


• Signaling of frequently occurring and repetitive problems and structurally solve them;


• Provide training and explanation to the operation;


• Preparing IT procedures and support Engineering with work instructions;


• Drafting IT procedures and keeping it up-to-date;


• Initiate and own the continuous improvement process for IT applications.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an e-commerce and / or logistics environment;


• Good knowledge of English in both speaking and writing;


• Customer-oriented, strong analytic skills, systematic and organized, stress-resistant, tech-savvy, eager to learn;
