German and English - Business Development Representative

About the position

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Business Development Representative for their client. This hybrid role in Krakow, Poland, involves driving B2B sales and achieving KPI targets, leveraging your German and English language skills.

Additional information:

1. Relocation to Krakow, Poland is required for this hybrid role, which involves 3 days from the office and 2 days from home weekly.
2. A one-time relocation reimbursement of 2600 PLN gross is provided after relocation and starting the job.
3. Work Schedule: MON-FRI (hybrid), Flexi start working hours between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, with the latest finish at 7:00 PM.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
2. Experience in SaaS sales, IT sales, Ad sales (including Google Ads / Meta Ads sales), or Cloud / tech sales.
3. Proven ability to meet monthly/quarterly KPI targets.
4. Demonstrated closing experience.
5. Experience with outbound sales activities.
6. Fluent German and English language skills.
