HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?


An increasing number of authorities are regulating tracking and tracing for our products to fight against illicit trade, with specific requirements on purchasing, applying and reporting unique codes amongst others. In your new role, you’ll join an experienced and driven x-functional community between Illicit Trade Prevention, Operations, Quality and IT and you’ll be a key partner in driving in PMI the adherence to our internal policies and to comply with active and future regulations. More specifically in your role you will:


 



  • Lead and govern the UI codes ordering process across EU and other regions, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Own end-to-end process performance (from ordering to reconciliation), driving efficiency, cost optimization and quality of code supply and visibility on forecast to finance

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects, setting direction, priorities and ensuring timely delivery in context of code ordering and broader on Track and Trace

  • Define project roadmaps, align stakeholders and manage risks, dependencies and escalations at a strategic level.

  • Partner with factories, IT, Finance and external providers (e.g. ID Issuers) to ensure smooth execution and effective issue resolution while identifying improvement areas across processes and systems

  • Support onboarding and changes related to code ID Issuers, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal business disruption

  • Oversee codes validation/listing processes and manage quality and compliance-related escalations

  • Lead the management of critical and high-impact incidents affecting code ordering and Track & Trace operations, ensuring swift resolution, clear stakeholder coordination, and implementation of sustainable corrective and preventive actions to avoid business disruption

  • Define KPIs, reporting and performance tracking (costs, quality, timeliness) and communicate insights to senior stakeholders

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and best practice sharing across regions

  • Ensure audit readiness, up-to-date documentation and effective training to sustain process knowledge


  


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


 



  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields

  • Fluent in English

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain in a global / multinational company (FMCG), UI Codes ordering process experience is a plus.

  • Comprehensive knowledge about all aspects of Operations, with specific experience in Supply Chain and/or manufacturing and TPD/EU regulations.

  • Strong project and process management capabilities, with the ability to drive structured execution

  • Confident interacting with senior leadership and operating effectively in a high-visibility environment

  • Action-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to getting things done

  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing demands

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and solution-focused approach

  • Well-organized, with the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex topics

  • Focus on efficiency and continuous improvement

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across levels
